1. Heard Mr. T. Tapak, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. G. Tado, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the accused, namely, Dheeraj Pao, who was granted interim anticipatory bail by order dated 21.11.2024 has complied with the direction of this
Page No.# 2/3 Court and has appeared before the Investigating Officer of Aalo Police Station Case No. 63/2024 and has co-operated in the investigation.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Aalo Police Station Case No. 63/2024 and has submitted that though the accused, namely, Dheeraj Pao has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has been recorded, however, the investigation is in a nascent stage and there may be necessity of appearance of the accused before the Investigating Officer on further occasions.
4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides and have gone through the materials available on record including the case diary of Aalo Police Station Case No. 63/2024.
5. Since, the accused, namely, Dheeraj Pao has complied with the orders of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to him by order dated 21.11.2024 by this Court is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached thereto remaining intact.
6. An additional condition is also imposed that whenever the Investigating Officer requires the accused to appear before him for the sake of investigation of Aalo Police Station Case No. 63/2024, the accused shall do so.
7. This anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.

8. Let the case diary be returned back to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for sending it back to the Investigating Officer.
