The short grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities are trying to shift the Village Secretariat from Rachepalli village to Nidanawada village, Singanamala Mandal, Ananthapuramu District without assigning any reasons and without passing any orders.
2. Heard Sri K.Sambasiva Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department submitted that the Village Secretariat is running in the very same place and they are not shifting it from Rachepalli village to Nidanawada village as alleged by the petitioners and they have no proposal in that regard.
4. Recording the said submission, as the authorities are not shifting the Village Secretariat from Rachepalli village to Nidanawada village, Singanamala Mandal as alleged by the petitioners and it is running in the same place and further as they have no proposal in that regard, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition can be closed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
