Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred, however, it has not been considered by the respondents authorities that the petitioner has been engaged in 21st Livestock Census Scheme being run by the Central Government wherein the petitioner is having separate log and the password for the specific area in mobile application which is not transferable and the said work is to be concluded upto February, 2025, as such the transfer order is required to be quashed and appropriate order is required to be passed by the respondents authorities. Since the only ground which has been raised by the petitioner which is arguable in this case is that since the petitioner is engaged in the livestock census work, as such the order of his transfer, in my opinion, should be kept in abeyance till the census work comes to an end. For this, when it was inquired from the State Counsel, it was replied that hardly it will take time upto 28.2.2025 and as such it is directed that the order of transfer passed against the petitioner may be kept in abeyance till 10.3.2025 and the petitioner is directed to join his transferred place by 17.3.2025. 2.
