JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or in nature of any other writ directing the respondent no.2 to pass an order to consider the representation to make payment of difference amount from 1/9/2020 till 30/10/2022 vide Annexure-C dated. 22/9/2023. ii. Pass such orders as this Hon9ble Court may deem fit in the fact and circumstances of the case as in duty bound the Petitioner shall ever pray an act of kindness in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A short grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been paid salary from 01.09.2020 till 30.10.2022. In this regard, a representation has been made on 22.09.2023 at Annexure-C, which has remained unconsidered. 3. Neither having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2023 at Annexure-C and pass necessary orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
