ORDER This petition is filed seeking to relax/modify the condition imposed vide order dated 27.11.2025 in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.5920 of 2025 by exempting the petitioner/accused from marking weekly attendance, subject to his undertaking to appear before the Investigating Officer and when required. as Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State.
