As the issue involved in both the Writ Petition is one and the same, for the sake of convenience, both the Writ Petitions are being disposed of with a common order. 6. After notice, the unofficial respondents in W.P.No.21378 of 2020 filed their counter and submitted that as per the averments in the counter and also documents annexed with the counter shows that the parties have compromised before the Court below vide O.S.No.134/1987 and by suppressing the same, the petitioner herein filed the Writ Petitions and further submitted that in the said circumstances nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 7 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner in both the Writ Petitions submitted that the documents filed by the respondent does not contain any Survey Number and any particulars. 8. In the said circumstances, as the matter pertains with regard to conducting survey and fixing boundaries, the concerned authorities are directed to conduct survey after issuing notice to both the parties including all concerned persons and settle the dispute, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 9. Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
