The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patan P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 96 and 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Nishikant, learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away 16 years old sister of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with an intention to marry her. It appears that the victim had taken Rs.60,000/- from her house. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the victim has gone to Jabalpur with the petitioner, where they stayed for 5-6 days and established physical relationship. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affair between the parties. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Nishikant, learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau or his successor, in connection with Patan P.S.
