The learned counsel for the non- applicants/appellants submits that no reply is intended to be filed on their behalf and non-applicants/appellants have no objection, if in case money, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in favour of deceased Smt. Mulmi Devi widow of late Sh. Kundan Lal, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants/respondents No.1(b) to 1(f) in terms of their shares along with the proportionate interest accrued thereupon. RFA, in the case at hand, was decided and no proceedings are pending before the Apex Court. The application has been filed through the General Power of Attorney (GPA) i.e. applicant/respondent No.1(b) for and on behalf of respondents No.1(b) to 1(f) collectively. In view of the aforesaid, the amount, which is lying deposited with the Registry of this Court in favour of late Smt. Mulmi Devi, is ordered to be released to the applicants/respondents No.1(b) to 1(f) in terms of their share along with the proportionate interest accrued thereupon, by remitting the same in bank account, detail whereof has been given in para 5 of the application. The aforesaid account belongs to applicant No.1(b)-Mohinder Singh Rekta, one of the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1, who also happens to be the General Power of Attorney holder on behalf of other legal representatives. Subject to proper verification of his identity, the amount lying deposited along with proportionate interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released. Application stands disposed of. (Bipin C.
