At the threshold, learned Public Prosecutor has submitted one report dated 01.03.2025 prepared by the S.H.O., Mahila Thana, Jaipur City (South), Jaipur, revealing therein that, no case is made out against the petitioner and, accordingly, negative FR was filed in the matter before the learned Court below on 12.07.2022. 3.
