GP FOR REVENUE 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.1796 of 2021 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossessing the petitioner from the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.88 cents situated in Sy.No.57-4 of Nidanampadu village, Durgi Mandal, Narasaraopet Revenue Division, Guntur District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter and additional counter of the 2nd respondent submits that the subject land to an extent ofAc.2.88 cents in Sy.No.57-4 is classified as Government Dry and it is written as 8Taram kattina Gayalu9 (Assessed waste dry) in the remarks column as per FLR and the same was entered in the 22- A – II register of the prohibited list. The petitioner is trying to encroach the said land by trespassing and by removing the sign board which is erected by the office of the 2nd respondent with a note that it is a government land and trespassers will be prosecuted. For this attempt to trespass into the subject land a complaint was lodged against the petitioner before the Station House Officer, Durgi Mandal. As it is a valuable land, the petitioner is trying to grab the land. 4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the said land. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.1796 of 2021 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. However, it is open to the petitioner to workout her alternative remedies in accordance with law. At the same time, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to protect the subject land/ government land from any kind of encroachments by following the due procedure. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
