Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to make amaldaramad of stay order dated 11.12.2023 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.14336 of 2023 (Roop Chand versus State of U.P. & others) in Khatauni of Village Dharampura Jadid, Pargana-Bhumma Sambhal Heda, Tehsil- Jansath, District Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an interim order granted in favour of the petitioner in Writ Petition no.14336 of 2023 (Roop Chand vs. State of UP. and others) is not being incorporated in the revenue records. In this regard, the petitioner has moved various applications and lastly on 02.04.2025. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner referred above, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
