Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents for premature release of the petitioner under permanent policy of Government of Uttar Pradesh, 2018. 3. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court copy of the instructions dated 8.5.2025 supplied by Senior Superintendent (M), Karagar Prashasan Evam Sudhar Sewayen, UP, Lucknow, which is taken on record. According to the instructions, application of the petitioner for premature release is pending before the State Government and his name stands at Sl. No. 11 of the list. 4. Learned A.G.A. fairly submits that the application of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the State Government within time bound period. 5. Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1-Principal Secretary, Ministry of Home, Government of U.P., Lucknow to consider and decide the application of the petitioner preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
