The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "a) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 22.03.2025 passed by Additional Magistrate (Revenue), Chitrakoot. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to grant permission to the petitioners to sold the land of Khata No. 455, Gata No. 335/2 area 0.2630 Hectares situated in Village-Chitragokulpur, Tehsil Karvi, District- Chirakoot. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioners have an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
