I.A.No.1 of 2026 This Court had disposed of C.R.P.No.2577 of 2025, by an order, dated 17.10.2025, directing the learned VI Additional District Court-cum-Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam, to dispose of I.A.No.46 of 2024, which was wrongly mentioned as 2 I.A.No.124 of 2023. The learned VI Additional District Court-cum-Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam has now submitted a letter, dated 30.12.2025, through the learned Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam, for extension of time. In view of the circumstances setting out in the said letter, the time granted in the order, dated 17.10.2025, is extended by a further period of six (06) weeks from today.
