Shiva Kumar and further submits that the 4th respondent is operating the petrol bunk since the year 2011. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 5. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
