GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an appropriate Direction, Order or Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release or deliver forthwith the vehicle bearing registration no.AP39U3554, which was seized by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pedanandipadu Police Station, Guntur District, in connection with Crime - FIR No.52/2025, to the petitioner in the interest of justice.” 2 2. Sri C.Kranthi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities for release of the vehicle which was seized relating to Crime No.52 of 2025. 3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police have produced the vehicle before the concerned Magistrate Court, and the petitioner may avail the statutory remedy by filing a petition before the said Court. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the concerned Magistrate Court in accordance with law.
