1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 19.03.2025 passed in CRA No. 335 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the appellant, namely, Idris @ Ibbu Khan had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.09.15 16:59:27 +0530
2 an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of that order.
3. The learned Special Judge (N.I.A. Act), Rajnandgaon vide request letter dated 13.08.2025 has requested for grant of 06 months additional time for concluding the trial as for disposal of the present case as in the present case, 19 witnesses have already been examined. Furthermore, the examination/ cross-examination of the remaining witnesses are yet to be done. Hence, the conclusion of the trial may take some more time.
4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of 04 months from today. No further time would be granted.
5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
