Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a typographical error occurred in the order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.9015 of 2025 passed by this Court, while mentioning the Crl.M.P number. It was mentioned as <Crl.M.P.No.49 of 2024= instead of <Crl.M.P.No.296 of 2025= at paragraph Nos.1 and 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor reported no objection and would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. In that view of the matter, since it is a 2 typographical error, this petition is allowed.
