Mr. Shriniwas Deshpande, Counsel for the Official Liquidator with Mr. Deepak Persoya, Official Liquidator. ..... CORAM : ANIL L. PANSARE, J. APRIL 25, 2025 By present application, the Official Liquidator is seeking permission to pay bills of Security Agency. 2] For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed, as prayed for. 3] It transpired during the course of argument that there are couple of assets of Akola Oil Industries still to be disposed of. Further failure at the hands of the Official Liquidator will attract 2025:BHC-NAG:4323 921-CAL-18-2025 2 recommendation for action for dereliction in discharging official duties. 5] Stand over to 2/5/2025 for filing report.
