The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of B PARAMESEWARA RAO Advocate PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Petitioner, and of for the Respondent, and the Court made the following ORDER: 4 IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI (Special Original Jurisdiction) PRESENT THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T MALLIKARJUNA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 4080/2025 Order: The Criminal Petition, u/Sec.482 of B.N.S.S is filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 181/2025 of Prohibition & Excise Station, Rajamahenravaram South, East Godavari District. A case has be.en registered against the petitioner/accused for the offences punishable under Sections 7(B) r/w 8-A of A.P.Prohibition (Amended) Act, 2020. 2. The brief facts of the case are that on 29.03.2025 at 3.00 p.m., on credible information, the Prohibition Excise Inspector along with staff and mediators reached at the Cashew Mango and Lemon Garden in Sy.No.524/3 in Pidimgoyyi Village of Rajanagaram Mandal found smell of FJ Wash, then the raid party verified the place and found 9 drums of FJ wash of ID liquor. The mediator verified the revenue records and fonfirmed that the cashew mango and lemon garden is belongs to petitioner/accused. Hence, the police seized the id liquor in the presence of mediators and registered the case. 3. 2 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, based on the mediators report, the crime was registered against petitioner/accused. Except mediators report, independent material has been collected no other to show the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the offence. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits petitioner has a permanent abode at Pidimgoyyi Village, Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal, and there is no possibility of his fleeing away from the Jurisdiction of the Court. that the 5.
