The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the Controlling Authority/District Magistrate, District Bijnor (respondent no. 2 herein) to decide the objection of the petitioner dated 6.3.2025 submitted against the sanction of building plan of respondent no. 4 by respondent no. 3 on 10.7.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that objection, if any, in relation to permission granted by Prescribed Authority under Section 7(2) of the U.P. Regulation of Building Operations Act, 1958 has to be filed before the Prescribed Authority. The petitioner does not appear to have filed any objection before the Prescribed Authority. Therefore, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file objection before the Prescribed Authority, if so advised, and in which event, the same will be decided by the Prescribed Authority in accordance with law.
