The prayer in this writ petition is to set aside the order dated 5.6.2017 by which the petitioner has been terminated and to reinstate her. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader places on record a communication dated 22.7.2025 addressed by the petitioner to the authorities wherein she has stated she has been since appointed as Supervisor-cum-Cook in 2022 and, therefore, she would not press this writ petition. 3. The contents of the said letter are not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner though he submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner. 4. Since the petitioner has informed the authorities that she does not intend to press the writ petition on her being appointed as Supervisor-cum-Cook, it is obvious that the prayer sought for C/SCA/11542/2017 ORDER DATED: 22/07/2025 the writ petition would not survive for consideration.
