Heard Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 3. A copy of the award is available in the paper book. It is seen that it has been signed and it also carries the seal. There shall be a direction to the respondent to register the award on payment of necessary charges by the petitioner. In the result, this writ petition is allowed.
