Mr. Satish Kumar Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients are forest dwellers belonging to scheduled tribes, seeking enforcement of their rights under Scheduled Tribes and Others Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006. They stated their claims in application dated 24th March, 2025 made to respondent no.2 (the Collector). He seeks direction for said respondent to consider the application. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioners' application dated 24th March, 2025.
