The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the case diary of offence Crime No. 828/24 from respondent No. 1 i.e., p/s Baloda, district Baloda Bazar, C.G., registered for commission of offence under section 420, 34 of the IPC and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to quash the said impugned FIR in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition stating that in the present matter, charge-sheet has already been filed and the same needs to be challenged further. 4.
