Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 3. Based on the application made by the petitioner, the authorities have conducted the survey and fixed boundaries and issued an endorsement dated 04.11.2025. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the endorsement there is a statutory appeal under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act. As far as laying of road is concerned, the respondents, on instructions, have submitted that the official respondents are not attempting to lay road to the scheduled land in Survey No.152/1. 4. Recording the submission, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority according to law. No costs.
