Page No.# 2/2 The present application has been filed praying for quashing of the FIR dated 02.03.2022 in respect of ITA WPS Case No.33/2022 under Section 376/323 IPC. Ms T. Jini, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted a photo copy of WT message sent to her by the Investigating Officer of the case and the said message shows that in this case, the police has file a final report. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. In the light of WT message sent by the Investigating Officer, this Court is of the opinion that the present criminal petition has become infructuous since final report has been filed. Accordingly, the present criminal petition stands closed on having become infructuous. The WT message submitted by Ms T. Jini, Additional Public Prosecutor shall form part of the record.
