It is further submitted that the applicant has no connection with the present FIR and has been falsely implicated in the matter. It is also submitted that the applicant works on a 6 per cent commission basis. Learned counsel has relied upon the order dated 17.11.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 14407/2025 titled Imran Khan @ Timkala vs. State of Rajasthan, wherein

It is further submitted that the applicant did not mark his attendance in response to the said notices. It is also submitted that there has been deliberate ignorance of the notices, despite the fact that the applicant was granted regular bail after remaining in custody for six months. 4. Having heard the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, and taking note of the fact that there has been deliberate ignorance of the notices on part of the applicant, despite the fact that the applicant was granted regular bail after remaining in custody for six months, this Court is not inclined to allow the instant bail application.
5. Accordingly, the instant bail application filed under Section 482 BNSS is dismissed at this Stage.
