By way of present petition the petitioner has assailed the transfer KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.10.17 18:17:55 +0530 order dated 04.06.2025 by which she has been transferred from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Saraitikra, Ambikapur to Govt. High School Kunia, Mainpat. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is due for retirement within 2 years, therefore, she is at the verge of retirement and for the processing retiral dues, the preparation with regard to service related records are required, which may create difficulty if she is transferred at this stage at far place. He would further submit that in some nearby schools, the post is are lying vacant where she may be accommodated. 3. Considering the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all her grounds before the respondents authority by way of her representation and the respondent authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 4.
