Registry was directed to submit a status report of the pending Calendar Case (for short C.C). Such report has been placed on record. It appears from the report that C.C.No.40 of 2011 was filed for an offence punishable under Section 138 r/w 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and the same was disposed of on 22.06.2015 and ended in acquittal against the Accused person. 3. Considering the status report, it appears that nothing left for this Court to decide the illegality and impropriety of the impugned Order passed by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ramachandrapuram. 4.
