Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that the petitioner is claiming her transfer at the place, where her husband is posted in view of clause 3.13 of the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025, which provides that husband and wife may be posted at the same place as practically as possible, for which she has moved her representation on 10.06.2025 before the respondent No.1, but the same has not been decided till date and the petitioner is facing difficulties in her tenure. He would further submit that the respondent No. 1 may be directed to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025 within the stipulated time frame in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has no objection, if such a direction is being made to the respondent No. 1 to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025 in accordance with law. 4. Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 1 to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P/7) within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law and transfer policy on its own merits. 5. The petitioner is further directed to produce a copy of this order along with the representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P/7) within two weeks from today to the respondent No.1. 6.
