The petitioner has been made accused in connection with City Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 318(4), 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Shristi Kumari, learned J. M. 1st Class, Bokaro. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a widow lady, aged about 40 years. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. From the perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that parties were in consensual physical relationship for about four years. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Shristi Kumari, learned J. M. 1st Class, Bokaro or her successor, in connection with City Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
