At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has been filed only for a direction to the respondents for clearance of all undisputed and admitted dues of the petitioner in respect of the work executed by the petitioner, as the funds are available for disbursement and also prayed for liberty to file fresh petition regarding his grievances, in case exigency arises. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that subject to due verification and scrutiny of the claim of the petitioner, appropriate steps shall be taken at the earliest within a stipulated period. 4. In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition, at this juncture, is disposed of directing the respondent-State to ensure the payment of the undisputed and admitted dues of the petitioner in respect of the work executed by the petitioner within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, in case exigency arises, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition regarding his grievances. 5.
