The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners, for quashing of FIR 366 dated 15.08.2019, under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Thanesar Sadar, District Kurukshetra and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are total three accused in the present FIR and out of them only two have filed the present petition. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive petition by impleading all the necessary parties. 3.
