Due to registration of the above case, the petitioner’s career and future has become questionable one. The petitioner has got good chance of success, which she can prove in the Court of trial. Hence, sought for earlier investigation of the case. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the case was registered on 14.06.2024. It is a trap case. The decoy and accompanying witnesses and Trap Laying Officer confirmed about the demand, acceptance and recovery from the petitioner. Phenolphthalein test also confirms the petitioner receiving bribe amount. Now investigation completed, final report sent for obtaining sanction. Once Sanction under Section 19 of the Prevention of Corruption Act obtained, charge sheet can be filed.
