State respondents are represented by learned advocate. 3. CAN 1 of 2025 is for recall of the order dated 18th March, 2025 passed on the connected writ petition. 4. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that there was delay of three days in filing recalling application and prayer is made to condone such delay. 5. Having seen the explanation, this Court finds that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from being represented before the Court on the date when the connected writ petition stood dismissed for default. 6. Hence, order dated 18th March, 2025 stands recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original file and number. 7. On condoning delay, CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of. 8. List the writ petition under the heading “Interest on Gratuity” in the Combined Monthly List of November, 2025. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
