1. The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 12.11.2024 passed in WPS No. 680 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the respondents contended that in compliance of the order of this Court, the name of the petitioner has already been recommended by the department for training and he assured the Court that order will be complied with on or before 31.03.2025. He further contended that Director, Health Services will approve the name of the petitioner for training program.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the respondent and perused the
order of this Court with utmost circumspection.
4. Having heard the contention of the counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that it will be just to dispose the present petition with a direction to the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner for training program.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the present contempt case stands finally disposed off.
6. However, the right of the petitioner would stands reserved to assail the subsequent order passed by the respondents in an appropriate proceeding. SD/-
