Case No. 46 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)a, 23(a), 29 of the NDPS Act. 3. The recovery is of 7.5 k.g. of ganja from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2025. 4. Considering the huge recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
