Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that the various parts of his salary from 2018 to 2023 has been withheld by the respondent authorities, for which he has already moved his representation on 05-05-2025 before the respondent No. 4, which has not been decided till date and his withheld salary has not been paid to him. Therefore, the respondent No. 4 may be directed to decide his pending representation dated 05-05-2025 (Annexure P/3) within the stipulated time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would submit that he has no objection, if such a direction is being made to the respondent No. 4 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within the stipulated time frame. 4. Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to take a decision on the pending representation of 3 the petitioner dated 05-05-2025 (Annexure P/3) in accordance with law on its own merits, within the further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The petitioner is further directed to produce a copy of this order within 02 weeks from today to the respondent No. 4. 6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.
