Non-applicants For Applicant :Ms. M. Asha, Advocate For Respondent No.1 to 4 :Ms. Vidhi Matlani, Advocate on behalf of Mr. Anand Kesharwani. Hon'ble Shri Justice Parth Prateem Sahu Order on Board 15/9/2025 1. This MCC is filed for correction in the order dated 17.7.2025 passed by this Court in MAC No.272/2020. 2. Learned counsel for applicant insurance company submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 17.7.2025 passed by this Court. She submits that by the aforementioned order, appeal filed by claimants/ respondents No.1 to 4 herein for enhancement of quantum of compensation is allowed in part and in Para-15 of the said order claimants/respondents No.1 to 4 herein are held entitled for enhanced compensation of Rs.20,62,710/-. However, after calculation of compensation reassessed and awarded by this Court under the head of loss of dependency and other heads, the total compensation comes to Rs.20,02,710/-. Hence, she prays that figure of total compensation mentioned in Para-15 be corrected from Rs.20,62,710/- to Rs.20,02,710/-. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of claimants/respondents No.1 to 4 fairly concedes that this Court 3 enhanced quantum of compensation to Rs.20,02,710/- and not Rs.20,62,710/-. 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties and perused the order dated 17.7.2025. 5. On going through the order dated 17.7.2025, it is seen that total of compensation enhanced in favour of claimants comes to Rs.20,62,710/-, however, figure of enhanced amount of compensation has been wrongly typed in Para-15 as Rs.20,62,710/-. The same appears to be a bona fide typographical mistake, which requires correction. 6. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. It is ordered that figure of ‘Rs.20,62,710/-’ mentioned in Para-15 of order dated 17.7.2025 shall be read as “Rs.20,02,710/-”. 7. This order be made part and parcel of the order dated 17.7.2025 and a copy of this order be supplied along with copy of the order dated 17.7.2025 passed by this Court in MAC No.272/2020.
