This matter has been listed at the instance of the petitioner citing that there are certain ministerial errors in the order dated 02.07.2025 which needs to be corrected, as follows:- i) In the first line of paragraph 3 the name of the School ‘Char Labangola High School’ should be replaced with ‘Char Labangola High Madrasah’. ii) In the second line of paragraph 3 the name of the School ‘Gunanada Bati H.A.K.M. High School’ should be replaced with ‘Gunananda Bati H.A.K.M. High School’. iii) In paragraph 10, the name of the Advocate ‘Mr. Nure Zaman’ should be replaced with ‘Mr. Prashant Kumar Tripathi’. 2.
