This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering with the assigned land of the petitioner for the purpose of granting house sites under the Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu Scheme, without initiating any land acquisition proceedings. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents relying upon the counter affidavit of the 3rd respondent submits that the respondent authorities identified the alternative land for providing house sites for the said welfare scheme. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as the subject land is not touched for the above said purpose, no further orders are necessary in this matter. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
