And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rabindra Bahadur Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Kannauj to decide the Appeal No.4 of 2020 filed under Section 15/16, Regulation of Building Operation Act, 1958. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondent No.4 to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. On the other hand, it is argued learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 6. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 7. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Kannauj to decide the aforesaid appeal expeditiously but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
