The aforesaid writ petition bearing No.CWP-697-2023 was disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.01.2025, passed in CWP-10071- 2022 (Annexure P-1). 3. Compliance report dated 13.03.2026, filed by way of an affidavit of Er. Bijender Narwal, Superintending Engineer/OP Circle, UHBVN, Rohtak, on behalf of the respondents, has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 22.01.2025 stands complied with as Speaking Order bearing No.36 SIMRANDEEP KAUR 2026.03.20 10:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document COCP-4067-2025 (O&M)  dated 12.03.2026 regarding petitioner-Balraj and another Speaking Order bearing No.324 dated 10.03.2026 regarding petitioner-Bunde Singh, has been passed by the competent authority. 5.
