Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Manatu P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 313, 323, 504, 506 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Palamu.
On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim, who is a major lady, aged about 21 years. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Palamu, in connection with Manatu P.S. Case No. 30 of
2024.
