The matter comes up for consideration of IA(Civil) No.223(AP)/2024 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with the prayer for condonation of delay of 346 days in filing the connected writ appeal. On 19.11.2024, this Court while issuing notice granted time to the counsel for the sole respondent to file objection to the condonation application. However, till date no objection has been filed. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the contents of the application and also taking into consideration the controversy involved in this matter, we are of the view that the delay in filing the connected writ appeal is liable to be condoned.
