Learned Public Prosecutor places on record the factual report dated 08.12.2023 received from the SHO, P.S. Bajaj Nagar, District Jaipur City (East). According to which, after thorough investigation, police has filed negative final report against the [2025:RJ-JP:47973] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6000/2017] petitioners before the concerned Court. The said report is hereby taken on record. In view of above, prayer made in this petition does not survive anymore.
