It is the case of petitioner that her second maternity leave was rejected on ground that it was sought before 180 days from the date of first maternity leave. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that aforesaid reason has already been rejected in various judgments of this Court including Kushal Rana vs. State of U.P. and others, 2024:AHC:133754. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondents-4, 5 and 6 is not able to dispute the above position of law. 5. In view of above, the writ petition is allowed. Impugned order dated 15.04.2025 passed by Block Education Officer, Shamsabad, District Farrukhabad, is hereby set aside and matter is remitted back to concerned respondent to pass a fresh order in accordance with law taking note of judgment passed by this Court in Kushal Rana (supra) as well as other judgments.
