Learned counsel for the petitioner has challenged the order dated 21.05.2025, whereby an ad interim relief has been denied to the petitioner pending his original temporary injunction application. [2025:RJ-JP:48661] (2 of 2) [CW-9938/2025] 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, if learned trial Court is directed to decide the temporary injunction application within certain time period, without being influenced by the order dated 21.05.2025. 3. Since the innocuous prayer has been made by the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct learned trial Court to decide the temporary injunction application pending within a period of 30 days, if the service on the defendant is complete, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. It is further made clear that learned trial Court shall decide the temporary application independently, without being influenced in any manner by the order dated 21.05.2025. 5. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. 6. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. (BIPIN GUPTA),J DEEPA-11
