Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any instructions from his client. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner did not possess the requisite working experience, and therefore, her selection was cancelled vide letter Ref. VR/KSK dated 21.05.2012. 4. It appears that no interim order has been granted in the matter till date. 5. In view of the above submissions, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, and the writ petition has become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
